The Vision: To transform a company by transforming its brand. 
GLE (Greater London Enterprise) was an established company delivering services to market via disconnected silo units. The Board concluded the organization was less the sum of its parts and this was acting as a barrier to growth. I was appointed to support the Board by leading a business transformation programme identifying a new value proposition brought to life through new branding. 
SMEs struggle to navigate a fragmented and confusing landscape of business support services.  Newable was created to provide a ‘one stop’ solution across Money / Advice / Workspace. The pivot changed the organisational focus to deliver an holistic service supporting UK SMEs. A consistent “one brand” look and feel was rolled out across all internal and external assets, a new digital infrastructure was developed and launched, animated by a content marketing programme.
The Reality: In two years 50,000 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and 20,000 Sales Qualified Leads were generated, connected to a new website hub which experienced a 10x increase in traffic alongside a 20x increase in social footprint.
