The Vision: The future fired up by fibre optics.
There is a world of smart homes, with smart TVs, and smarter working.
A sunny world of Clouds. Bounteous over-the-top services. High on demand for hi def, always on, connected everything.
A future of even more wonderful work, rest and play possibilities yet to be envisaged.
A future enabled by fibre connectivity.
A world where the future of the future, is fibre all the way to home.
The future is being distributed, in part thanks to a group of agile, ambitious, scrappy start ups called 'Alt Nets'. They're bringing full fibre connectivity to places left behind (so far) by the corporates such as Openreach or Virgin Media.
However, these tech centred, wayleave focussed, infrastructure builders also need a branded proposition. An employer brand that serves to support a fast scale up in a highly competitive market for talent. And a customer brand that motivates homes and businesses to upgrade to full fibre and is sufficiently distinctive and attractive to differentiate the company from the established market behemoths.
The Solution: Lit Fibre.
Brand vision, values, positioning, promise, naming, identity, guidelines, assets. The launch pad for a brilliant business.
Why Lit? Optical fibre cabling is used to transfer information via pulses of light. Lit is the past and past participle of light. Lit means something provided with light or lighting; illuminated. Having been ignited; burning. Very good, impressive, or exciting. In the Urban Dictionary: “Something that is ****ing amazing in any sense.” Lit Fibre is sooooo speedily superior to broadband delivered fully or in part by copper wire.
Lit Fibre launches in Q2 2021.
